Fire Prevention Tips: Protection, Planning and Practice

Approximately 80% of all United States fire deaths occur in the home. Every year fire kills approximately six thousand Americans. Ensure the safety of your family by following Magnolia's 3 P's Program: Protection, Planning and Practice.

Each year our department participates in Fire Prevention Week by going into our schools and educating our youth.

**The Fire Department enforces an ordinance regulating the burning of trash, leaves and refuse, which allows burning only during the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.**
